On Saturday 19 April, Heacham Public Hall will open its doors to invite members of the public to try their hands at various arts and crafts. The event runs from 12 – 3.30 pm. Children enter for free when accompanied by an adult. The cost for each adult is just £5. Admission also includes a ticket to win a big Easter egg.
One of the organisers Esther Boehm said, “It’s a great opportunity for children and adults to come, have fun and try making a number of arts and crafts. There will be numerous activities on offer including Easter bonnet and card making, pebble painting, clay animals, crocheting, sea scapes, scrap-booking, monoprints and paper quilling. Plus we are promised a visit from the Easter Bunny!”
Also on offer on the day for a small fee children can have their faces painted and yummy cakes, cream teas and refreshments will be available.
We want as many people as possible to get creative this Easter and come join us.
This is all in aid of raising funds for The Old Dairy charity. We aim to purchase The Old Dairy in Heacham and transform it into a Community Arts Hub. We hope you’ll all come out to support us.
